what is Nutritional Therapy?
Nutritional Therapy is a holistic, whole-foods approach to increasing vitality and wellness. Nutritional Therapy is different from the work of a registered dietician or a nutritionist, and uses different techniques for assessment and management. Nutritional Therapy believes in the principles of the body having its own innate intelligence, healing through food, and bio-individuality.
